CORPORATE SUPPORT

Make it your business to support hearts for life by fundraising for CHSF at work!

OUR VISION IS: EMPOWERED LIVES FOR EVERYONE BORN WITH HEART DISEASE

OUR MISSION

We enable children, adults and families affected by congenital heart disease to live empowered lives, through family support and by fundraising for vital resources for the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit and region.

We provide essential family support, life-saving medical equipment for the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit and vital ward resources. We also fund staff training, scientific research and new clinical roles. Our board of trustees meets regularly to review major requests for funding, and the board includes pioneering medical experts from the Heart Unit.

CHSF are wholly funded by your donations, and because of YOU we are able to help over 17,000 babies, children and adults living with congenital heart disease (CHD) each year. Thanks to you, your work colleagues, child’s school, local community, family and friends, we can empower lives in our region. Please continue to fundraise and spread our vital message.
