Bailoran are a solicitors firm, based in Chapel Allerton, Leeds. John Bailes, the MD, and his lovely team set about organising a fundraising event for Children’s Heart Surgery Fund and were inspired by our 30 for 30 challenge.

John and Keith from Bailoran are keen martial arts enthusiasts and train at a Leeds gym called Premier Martial Arts. They clubbed together to put on a fun – and challenging – fundraising event. People taking part had to do 30 different exercises in 30 minutes – 1 minute per exercise! CHSF’s Ellie Brown went along to join in and she is still hurting now – see the photo below for the list of exercises that were endured…

And once the 30 minutes was up there were plenty of delicious cakes on sale as a reward for all the hard work and to raise even more money for the charity!

Ellie Brown, CHSF’s Senior Corporate Partnerships Manager said:

Bailoran are such great supporters of our charity. I love the ideas they come up with and this one was unique, fun and challenging! I have a new respect for people who can do that many push ups! The event was fun and great exercise – and best of all they raised over £1200 for children born with a problem with their heart. Thank you to the whole team at Bailoran, the lovely people at Premier Martial Arts and everyone who took part

Thank you so much guys! You can see exactly what everyone got up to in the video below…
