We are proud to have partnered with Octopus Legacy to allow anyone 18+ to easily write or update a simple will for FREE. This can be done online, over the phone or a home visit service if you prefer.
Online will writing service
Your will is created by completing a number of simple questions online* which usually takes about 15 minutes. There is live chat and phone support on hand should you need it.
Once you’ve filled in the details, the will is checked by a legal specialist and is then sent to you to download and print together with instructions to ensure your Will is properly signed and witnessed.
Optional membership costs £10 a year and enables you to update your will as many times as you like.
Octopus Legacy also offers telephone and face to face will writing services for those that would rather speak to a solicitor.
