Team Building has so many benefits and is a great way to build employee engagement, boost staff morale and be able to give something back to your local community, whilst raising your company profile. Children’s Heart Surgery Fund can create bespoke team building challenges, like “I’m a Director…Get Me Out Of Here!” to more traditional employee volunteering days.

o Fancy a run over the Moors? Then the Ilkley Half Marathon is perfect for you – singing Ilkla Mooar Baht’at is totally optional but we’d love to see your videos and photos!
o Maybe you’re a Team of high-flyers so skydiving could be your thing?
o We only have a few spaces left (so be quick to take part) in the iconic Great North Run. The atmosphere is amazing on the day. I personally have only volunteered at the event before but if you like a bit of celebrity spotting I clocked Mo Farah and Olly Murs!
