Corporate Team Building… well it’s a bit like Marmite right? You either love it or hate it.

But just imagine if you were doing it for a local charity who exist to help strengthen the heart unit that serves the whole of Yorkshire, N.E. Lincolnshire and The Humber.

Imagine if you were team building for a Charity who is now considered to be a world-class centre of excellence and it’s global reputation is thanks to people like you. Now, imagine how warm and fuzzy you will feel knowing that you are leading the way to give others a better future.

Consider Children’s Heart Surgery Fund and together we will make a difference to the lives of our heart families. I can’t, however, guarantee to make you love marmite!

Whatever the Team Building challenge you choose, we want you to know that every donation – big or small – makes a huge difference and we will be with you, if not in person then in spirit, supporting you all the way. Think of us as your team’s cheerleaders…minus the pom poms!

Team Building has so many benefits and is a great way to build employee engagement, boost staff morale and be able to give something back to your local community, whilst raising your company profile. Showing others you care and investing in your employees, local community and charities can have such a positive impact on your brand and business.

Children’s Heart Surgery Fund can create bespoke team building challenges, like “I’m a Director…Get Me Out Of Here!” to more traditional employee volunteering days.

We do also have lots of events in our calendar that you may like to enter as a Team…

o Fancy a run over the Moors? Then the Ilkley Half Marathon is perfect for you – singing Ilkla Mooar Baht’at is totally optional but we’d love to see your videos and photos!

o Maybe you’re a Team of high-flyers so skydiving could be your thing?

o We only have a few spaces left (so be quick to take part) in the iconic Great North Run. The atmosphere is amazing on the day. I personally have only volunteered at the event before but if you like a bit of celebrity spotting I clocked Mo Farah and Olly Murs!

There really is nothing more we like to do than getting to know our corporate supporters, so please consider us when you are thinking of your next team building days.

By choosing to support CHSF you know that the efforts of your business and employees will have a great impact on our region’s young heart patients and their families. Thank you.
