MY HEART SURGERY SUPPORT PACK

This 24-page guidebook, created by the CHSF and the Psychology team at LCHU, is for teens aged 13-18 who are coming in for heart surgery at Leeds General Infirmary.

It gives a clear and honest look at what happens in the hospital and what to expect before, during, and after your surgery. This book is here to support your mental health and help you feel more comfortable and ready for your experience.
