Calling all Golf enthusiasts, join Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) for our second Corporate Charity Golf Day!
We’re partnering with the prestigious Otley Golf Club to host a tee-riffic golf day! Otley is an easy-walking parklands course in an enviable setting, nestling between the high ground of the Chevin and the River Wharfe.
The day will be open to four-ball teams all raising money for Children’s Heart Surgery Fund and promises to be an un-fore-gettable day.
The cost of entering a team of 4 players is £500, with all proceeds going directly towards supporting Children’s Heart Surgery Fund.
Entry includes refreshments on arrival, two course meal and 18 holes on the stunning Otley course.

Aria’s story
“Aria was born with serious congenital heart conditions – coarctation of the aorta and aortic stenosis. She required open heart surgery at just 3 days old but it had to be delayed as she developed sepsis.
“At just 16 days old, she finally underwent the surgery [and] at only 3 months old, she had to go through a balloon dilation because her aorta narrowed again. Aria is now 8 years old.
“Our experience at the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit (LCHU) was a mix of challenges and deep gratitude. From the very beginning, the staff showed incredible expertise and compassion. The care she received was exceptional, even though it was a very difficult time for us, we were also well looked after.”

Registration fee: £500* per team (four players)
*£500 could fund 10 hours of a CHSF Family Support Worker and 10 Nights in CHSF Family Accommodation close to the hospital ward.
