Friday 28th July
10:30am – 12:30pm

Venue: Leeds Rhinos Academy Training Ground, Kirkstall, Leeds, LS5 3BW

Join CHSF, the Leeds Rhinos and the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit staff, to try out fun activities which can help you to keep your heart as healthy as possible.

There will be food, there will be fun, there will be prizes to be won (like taking a walk with an Alpaca!) – and you can meet the Rhinos Players too!

Keeping active can be hard if you’re unsure of what’s advised for your heart condition, or your child’s.

That’s why we are putting on this day tailored for you, whatever your age or ability, with experts on hand to ask if you’re unsure!

“We’re predicting fun and sun – come and give it a TRY!”

Summer is in full swing, and we’re ready to make the most of it! Join us for a day packed with exciting activities, opportunities to win amazing prizes, and a delicious, complimentary lunch for everyone.

Alongside our friends at Leeds Rhinos, and with the guidance of our dedicated LCHU professionals, we’ll explore ways to keep your heart healthy without it feeling like exercise.

As an extra treat, you’ll also have the chance to meet some of the talented players from the Leeds Rhinos Men’s, Women’s and Wheelchair teams.

If you have any questions about this event, please email info@chsf.org.uk or call 0113 831 4810
