What could you say NO to this NOvember?

BAN THE BOOZE

Wave goodbye to the wine. Say ‘Laters!’ to the Lager. Could you put away the Prosecco and quit your favourite tipple for November?

FORGET THE FAST FOOD

Banish the burgers. Pack in the pizza. Uninstall UberEats and take a break from your takeaways to raise funds for CHSF this NOvember.

CUT THE COFFEE

Struggle without a Starbucks? Can’t start the day without your Costa? Try the daily grind without your caffeine fix for a month.

CHUCK OUT THE CHOCOLATE

Always craving a Cadbury’s or do you go for a Galaxy? Perhaps you’re lavish and like a Lindt. This is the perfect challenge if you’re a chocoholic!

How you can raise vital funds during NOvember!

“I saw NOvember and thought ‘This is my chance’ as I am not doing any running or swimming challenges!!”

Amy and her husband Dan gave up something they loved for the whole month of November 2022 to raise funds for the heart unit in Leeds where their daughter is treated. Other family members joined in too!

“My mum, sister-in-law, my husband Dan and I gave up something we loved for 30 days in November last year. Each day we donated to our JustGiving page if we had completed the day. I, myself, eat something sweet every day so I gave up that.

“The reason we decided to do this is because the heart team at the LGI are just fantastic. They keep our daughter’s heart defect under control and keep her safe and well. THEY ARE AMAZING!!!

I saw CHSF post the NOvember idea and thought this was my chance as I am not doing any running or swimming challenges!! 🙈

I wanted to do this for myself but also thought it was a great way of raising awareness of CHSF to people and giving money back to this fabulous charity who provide lots of needed equipment for the team.
