There are lots of ways you can take part in STEPtember…

Walk 10,000 steps every day for a week

Stuck at your desk all day? Challenge yourself to hit 10,000 steps every day for a week (…you could even do the whole month!)

Some ways you can cram the steps into your day…

  • Opt for walking meetings with colleagues.
  • Ditch the escalator and take the stairs.
  • Take a 15 min turn around the block on your lunch break.
  • Get off the bus a few stops earlier and walk the rest of the way.

Climb a virtual mountain

Using your stairs at work or at home, climb to the summit of one of the worlds most famous mountains. All you need to do is pick your peak and get stepping.

Step between offices

Does your workplace have multiple locations or offices in the region? Get to know your colleagues while you get stepping and walk the distance between each of your business locations.

If your sister offices are a tad further afield, calculate the steps between offices and set that as your target.
