Heart warrior Sophia was born in May 2020 with complex heart problems and was christened in the neonatal unit at Leeds Children’s Hospital.
She had open heart surgery at just four days old, and spent the first months of her life being treated at the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit due to further complications.
