Getting involved couldn’t be simpler – take on a 5k in May, donate £5 and nominate 5 friends!
How can I take part?
- Participate in a 5k of your choice anytime between 1 May and 31 May . Run, walk, cycle or hop – it’s up to you!
- Donate £5 to Children’s Heart Surgery Fund here or using the button below.
- Nominate 5 of your friends to take part, remembering to tag us on social media.
Once you’ve donated you’ll unlock a digital goodie bag full of rewards and treats from some epic brands!

Why take part in 5k May for CHSF?
During the pandemic, Children’s Heart Surgery Fund has carried on it’s life-saving work in our region. Heart disease doesn’t stop for COVID-19 and neither do we.
1 in 100 babies are born with a heart defect in the UK and over 17,000 babies, children and adults from across Yorkshire and North East Lincolnshire are treated at the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit every year.
Help us keep supporting hearts for life.
