Generous philanthropists, grant-making trusts and foundations play a crucial role in funding our life-saving work.
Children’s Heart Surgery Fund (CHSF) is dedicated to supporting all those cared for by the Leeds Congenital Heart Unit, a world-class centre offering life-saving care for children and adults living with congenital heart disease.
But we can’t do it alone. Grants from trusts and foundations like yours are instrumental in helping us achieve our key aims.
We are wholly self-funded. This means CHSF receives no government funding and relies on the generosity of community, businesses and trusts to ensure we are there for the families who need us.
Fundraising is also a fantastic way to raise your school’s profile within the local community, showing your commitment to helping others while creating something positive together. Above all, it’s an opportunity for pupils to have fun while doing something truly meaningful – learning that even small actions can make a big impact.
