Children’s Heart Surgery Fund Family Support is available to all cardiac families of patients in our region with congenital heart disease. We can offer a range of practical, wellbeing, financial and sign-posting support for our families. If you are in need of some help, guidance or reassurance, fill in our ‘Request for support‘ form and a member of the team will be touch.
