The CHSF Youth Card is for all our Youth Hub members (12-25) and is your pass to getting involved, meeting new people and making the most of everything we offer. Once you’ve got your card, you’ll be able to come along to our youth events and take part in loads of opportunities created just for young people with a heart condition.
Whether you fancy hanging out with others who just get it, trying something new or building your confidence, there’s something for you.
Our events are all about having fun, feeling supported and being yourself. From chilled social meet-ups and wellbeing sessions to getting out and having fun in the great outdoors, there’s something for everyone. It’s a chance to connect, learn and enjoy new experiences in a friendly space.
Signing up is easy. Just register online to join the Youth Hub and request your Youth Card. Once you’re in, you’ll hear all about what’s coming up so you don’t miss out!
