Thanks to advances in treatment both locally and globally there are now more adults than children living with CHD. Despite our name, CHSF’s support doesn’t stop when you turn 18. We have an offering for our adult community too!

How We Help

Comfort & Care

We provide Comfort & Care packs to adults staying on Ward 16 at Leeds General Infirmary – filled with everyday essentials

Wellbeing Trolley

Look out for our Wellbeing Trolley, offering small comforts and support each Thursday afternoon on Ward L16

Events & Cafes

Join our Cardiac Cafés out in the region, as well as family events or adult-only sessions to connect with others

Support & Connections

We can help you find local services and connect with other heart charities and people who understand
