Andy McNally
Communications & Marketing Manager

My role is to help grow the charity’s profile through media coverage, marketing and communicating campaigns, events and key messages. I manage everything our supporters read, receive or hear. I work with the Digital Marketing Executive to ensure all our output is clear, engaging and consistent.

Lisa Williams
Community Fundraiser

I am responsible for developing relationships with our amazing family supporters and volunteers who organise fundraising events as well as individuals and groups in the wider community.  I continue to raise awareness of the charity and its fundraising initiatives and recruit new supporters at every opportunity.

Charlotte Anderson-Hughes

It is my job as the Project Manager to ensure that Children’s Heart Surgery Fund is operating as smoothly and efficiently as possible through its internal processes and systems.

Angela Casey
Finance & Admin Assistant

My role is to manage the finance and administration of the charity as well as any other duties required. This is a very busy role and I gain great satisfaction seeing what a difference donations can make to the children and their families. I think it’s fair to say no two days are the same.

Jane McCarthy

I assist with the finance and administration for the charity and, like Angela, help out where needed.

Sara Dawson-Jones
Fundraising Assistant

My role is to support all CHSF staff in the fundraising team, and provide effective customer service to supporters and members of the public who support our charity!

Katie Bear

Rumour has it that the design for Katie Bear was drawn by a young patient called Katie, encouraged by her grandfather.

We’re proud to have Katie as our mascot, she’s been our icon since the charity started in 1988. Our favourite bear is available for hugs and photos at all major Children’s Heart Surgery Fund events.
